38 years old, Wife and Mother of 2 boys, 13 and 11 therefore I am also a proud Hockey and Baseball Mom! Owner of Body Unique Fitness Ltd in Fort McMurray, Ab. It is a home based studio offering Personal Training, Online Nutrition, Competition prep, spin, and Bootcamp classes.
After having my 2nd son, I was 191lbs and like every other new mom overwhelmed and not happy with myself. I decided it was time to take my life back and get my body back. I grew up being a competitive figure skater and volleyball player so gaining lots of weight was not acceptable. With determination and a plan I lost the weight. Weight loss wasn’t easy but it made me who I am as a person, trainer, motivator and will always be an extremely important part of who I am.
Goals are an important part of my life and so is challenging myself that is why I decided to start competing in figure. Competition has and will always challenge me and I will always strive to be the best I can be.
