Ingredients:
- 3-4 Medium size chicken breasts cubed
- 1 Small yellow onion
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 1 28oz can of diced tomatoes
- 3-4 Tbsp of coconut flour
- 2 Tbsp of Coconut oil
- 2 Tbsp of Garam masala
- 1 Tsp of Cayenne Pepepr
- 1 Tsp of Paprika
- 1/2 tsp of Cinnamon
- 1 Can of Light Coconut Milk
- 1 Tbsp of Honey
Directions:
- Cube Chicken Breast into small pieces
- Mix All ingredients in a slow cooker except the coconut milk, and coconut flour, cook on high for 4 hours
- After the 4 hours add your coconut milk and let cook for another hour, then mix in coconut flour and cook on low for another hour.
- Serve with Basmati Rice or Naan Bread, or just enjoy by its self. Add cilantro for garnish or Bolthouse Farms Cilantro Avocado yogurt dressing!!! ( you can find this at coop)
