Pumpkin Protein Bars

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of Pure Pumpkin (We use E.D. Smith)
  • 1 cup of egg whites 
  • Seeds from one vanilla bean 
  • 4 tbsp of pure organic maple syrup 
  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp of ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp of all spice 
  • 1/4 tsp of ginger 
  • 1/4 tsp of nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 scoops DYNAMIS REFUEL s6k (either flavour)
  • 1 cup of quick oats 

Topping:

  • 1/4 cup of crushed pistachios ( or nut of choice)
  • Drizzle of pure organic honey 
  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp of hemp seeds

Directions:

  • Pre heat oven to 350
  • In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients and mix throughly
  • Pour into a greased rectangle baking pan
  • Drizzle on your honey and sprinkle on your crushed pistachios (or nut of choice), your hemp seeds, and your chia seeds 
  • Bake for 30 - 45 min ( depends on the oven, stick a knife or toothpick in, if it comes out clean they are done) 

Let cool for about 10 min, cut and enjoy this protein packed taste of fall!
