Protein Pear Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups of organic whole wheat flour ( or a gluten free of your choice)
  • 1 1/2 tsp of baking powder
  • 1 scoop of DYNAMIS REFUEL s6k White Chocolate Brownie Protein 
  • 1/4 cup of natural honey 
  • 2 tsp of pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of Almond milk 
  • 1/4 cup & 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil 
  • 1 egg 
  • 1 ripe pear peeled and chopped finely 
  • 1/2 cup of slivered almonds

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • In a large mixing bowl mix all dry ingredients
  • **Leave almonds and pear to last
  • In a small mixing bowl mix all wet ingredients, then pour into large bowl and fully combine 
  • Next fold in your almonds and pear 
  • Spoon muffin batter into your muffin cups, dividing batter equally between all 
  • Cook for roughly 20 -25 min, do a tooth pick check.
