Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups of organic whole wheat flour ( or a gluten free of your choice)
- 1 1/2 tsp of baking powder
- 1 scoop of DYNAMIS REFUEL s6k White Chocolate Brownie Protein
- 1/4 cup of natural honey
- 2 tsp of pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of Almond milk
- 1/4 cup & 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 egg
- 1 ripe pear peeled and chopped finely
- 1/2 cup of slivered almonds
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350
- In a large mixing bowl mix all dry ingredients
- **Leave almonds and pear to last
- In a small mixing bowl mix all wet ingredients, then pour into large bowl and fully combine
- Next fold in your almonds and pear
- Spoon muffin batter into your muffin cups, dividing batter equally between all
- Cook for roughly 20 -25 min, do a tooth pick check.
