Protein Energy Truffle Recipe

Ingredients for Truffle

  • 4 scoops Dynamis white choc Refuel
  • 1 tbsp pb2
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/4c crushed cashews
  • 1/4c hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp organic honey
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 4 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened apple sauce

Directions

Add in ingredients as they appear on the list and mix well with hands. Roll in to balls and freeze for 1 hr.

Ingredients for Coating

  • 1/4c chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 scoop protein powder ( white choc refuel)
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour

Directions

Add dry ingredients together. In a microwave dish combine choc chips and coconut oil and melt for 1 min. Pour melted mixture into dry mix and stir. Take frozen truffles out of fridge and roll in the chocolate mixture immediately. Place back in fridge for 30 min. Enjoy!
