Baked Protein Apple Pie

Ingredients:

  • 4 apples
  • 1/2 cup of oats
  • 1/2 scoop of DYNAMIS REFUEL s6k protein powder
  • 2 tbsp of organic maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp of almond milk
  • pinch of all spice 
  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp of organic maple syrup to drizzle on apples once they are done baking (optional) 

Directions:

  • Pre heat oven to 350
  • Line a baking sheet with tin foil and set aside
  • Cut tops off apples and set the tops aside
  • Hollow out middle of apple (about 1 inch bowl) to make room for filling, and to get rid of the core and seeds
  • Mix all other ingredients in a mixing bowl and stuff each apple equally 
  • Replace tops of apples and bake for 15 min ( or until done, they should be tender to the touch, try not to over cook)
  • Take out and drizzle last bit of maple syrup on top if desired
