Recommended Dosing:
- Exercise days:
- Take 2 Capsules of IGNITION xT with 500 mL of water up waking in the morning, take another 2 Capsules of IGNITION xT with 500 mL of water 45 minutes before exercise. If you are exercising in the morning, the second dose of IGNITION xT can be taken early afternoon
- Take 1 scoop of REFUEL s6k mixed with 250 mL of water (more or less to taste) 15 minutes AFTER your workout or exercise.
- Non-Exercise days:
- Take 2 capsules of IGNITION xT with 500 mL of water upon waking in the morning. Take another 2 capsules of IGNITION xT with 500 mL of water in the early afternoon.
- Take 1 scoop of REFUEL s6k mixed with 250 mL of water (more or less to taste) upon waking in the morning or mix in a blended shake with frozen berries, almond milk, and veggies!
