Ingredients:
- 1 package of vermicelli brown rice noodles
- 1 package or cooked shrimp
- 2 carrots
- 2 cups of peas
- 4 garlic cloves
- Tbsp of olive oil
- 2 cups of organic broth ( your choice)
- 3 tbsp of light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of natural honey
- Chilli Flakes ( amount is to your taste) * we used a bit more then a Tbsp
Directions:
- Prepare your noodles according to package
- Thaw your shrimp if frozen
- Slice up your carrots thinly and dice your garlic
- In a large skillet place oil garlic carrots and peas over medium high heat and cook for 2-3 min
- Next add your noodles, broth, soy sauce, honey and chilli flakes stir really well and turn heat down to medium low.
- Add your shrimp and cook all together until whole dish is warm (basically until the broth is gone)
Plate and enjoy!
