Protein Matcha Banana Muffins


  • 2 cups of almond flour
  • 1 scoop of DYNAMIS Refuel s6k White Chocolate Brownie Protein
  • 2 tbsp of Matcha 
  • 3 tsp of baking powder
  • 2 over ripe bananas 
  • 1/4 cup of raw honey 
  • 1/4 cup of egg whites 
  • 3/4 cup of almond milk 
  • 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
  • Ground almonds for topper


  • Pre heat oven to 400
  • Mix all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl
  • Mash bananas in a separate bowl and set aside
  • In a smaller mixing bowl whisk together all liquid ingredients, add bananas to this bowl and fully combine 
  • Add the banana liquid mix to your dry ingredients bowl and fully combine
  • Line a muffin tin with muffin cups, divide muffin batter equally between all 12 muffin cups
  • Sprinkle a bit of ground almonds on each muffin
  • Cook for 20 min or until golden brown
