Ingredients:
- 2 cups of almond flour
- 1 scoop of DYNAMIS Refuel s6k White Chocolate Brownie Protein
- 2 tbsp of Matcha
- 3 tsp of baking powder
- 2 over ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup of raw honey
- 1/4 cup of egg whites
- 3/4 cup of almond milk
- 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
- Ground almonds for topper
Directions:
- Pre heat oven to 400
- Mix all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl
- Mash bananas in a separate bowl and set aside
- In a smaller mixing bowl whisk together all liquid ingredients, add bananas to this bowl and fully combine
- Add the banana liquid mix to your dry ingredients bowl and fully combine
- Line a muffin tin with muffin cups, divide muffin batter equally between all 12 muffin cups
- Sprinkle a bit of ground almonds on each muffin
- Cook for 20 min or until golden brown
