Ingredients:
- 1 small mason jar
- 1/3 oats
- 1/3 frozen mixed berried
- 1/3 almond milk
- 1/3 greek yogurt
- 1 tsp of matcha
- 1/2 scoop of DYNAMIS Refuel s6k White Chocolate Brownie Protein
- 1 tbsp of Chia seeds
Directions:
- Add each ingredient to mason jar one at a time layering one on top of the other, mix a bit carefully
- Screw on cap and leave in fridge overnight
In the morning stir again, and enjoy!
