Cold Mint Pea Soup


2 Cups of cooked peas

1 Cup of organic vegetable broth 

1/2 cup of fresh mint leaves 

1/2 tsp of cumin 

1 cup of spinach 



In a blender or food processor blend all ingredients

Place in a small pot and bring to a boil ( this helps bring out the flavours) 

Finally chill in the fridge for about and hour

Serve and Salt to taste ( it really doesn't need it
