"No Bake" Blueberry Lemon Protein Bars

Ingredients:

Directions:

  • Mix all ingredients except blueberries in a large mixing bowl
  • Make sure it is fully combined to where it will stick together in a ball
  • Grease a medium size Baking sheet and spread mixture out in a thin even bar thickness
  • Top with blueberries, pushing them in carefully 
  • Place in fridge for 45 min to set
