FUEL xRm Bubble Tea Smoothie

Ingredients for Bubbles:

  • Lemon Flavoured Jello
  • 1/2 scoop of FUEL xRm Citrus Twist Pre-Workout
Make Lemon Flavoured Jello and add 1/2 scoop of FUEL xRm and set jello in ice cube tray. (so you can cut into small squares)

    Ingredients for Smoothie tea:

    • 1/4 cup of green tea
    • 1 cup of frozen tropical fruit
    • 1/3 cup of almond milk
    • 1/2 scoop of FUEL xRm Citrus Twist
    • Chia seeds

    Blend all smoothie ingredients in a blender

    Directions:

    • Put Jello into the bottom of a cup then add a bit of chia seeds then pour smoothie overtop, add a little more chia seeds and enjoy!

    This recipe is a great and refreshing shot of energy to fuel your day or your workout!
