Ingredients for Bubbles:
- Lemon Flavoured Jello
- 1/2 scoop of FUEL xRm Citrus Twist Pre-Workout
Ingredients for Smoothie tea:
- 1/4 cup of green tea
- 1 cup of frozen tropical fruit
- 1/3 cup of almond milk
- 1/2 scoop of FUEL xRm Citrus Twist
- Chia seeds
Blend all smoothie ingredients in a blender
Directions:
- Put Jello into the bottom of a cup then add a bit of chia seeds then pour smoothie overtop, add a little more chia seeds and enjoy!
