Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of fruit juice or water
- 1 cup of fruit, your choice
- 1tbsp of stevia
- 2 packets of plain gelatine
- 1 scoop of FUEL xRM Pre Workout Performance Compound
Directions:
- In a microwaveable dish put chopped up fruit of choice and heat till soft, stand and let cool
- Once cool, combine juice (or water) and fruit into a blender and blend till smooth. Add in stevia gelatine and fuel again blend until very smooth.
- Pour into a lightly greased candy mould and let set in fridge for 1.5 to 2 hours.
Take out and enjoy a fun way to take your pre workout! (you can also pour the liquid onto a greased baking sheet and cut out your own shapes, Michael's has good cheap candy moulds if you don't have any on hand!)
