4 Berry Chocolate Chunk Protein Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 Cup of almond flour 
  • 1 scoops of DYNAMIS REFUEL s6k Black Forest Cake Protein
  • 1/2 cup of natural honey 
  • 2 tsp of baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil 
  • 1/3 cup of almond milk 
  • 1 tsp of pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cups of frozen 4 berry mix 
  • 1/2 cup of pure dark chocolate chunks 
  • Silvered almonds to top

Directions:

  • Pre Heat oven to 350 degrees
  • Mix all Dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl and set aside ( leave chocolate and berries last) 
  • In a separate mixing bowl mix all wet ingredients 
  • Slowly pour wet ingredients into dry and full combine
  • Next fold in your chocolate and then berries 
  • Scoop batter into 10 lined muffin tins equally, sprinkle with almonds slivers ( fill the last two with water so muffins cool properly)
  • Cooke for 15-25 min, depending on your oven 
  • Take out cool and enjoy, top with some fresh berries as well for some extra fruit flavour!
