Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 Cup of almond flour
- 1 scoops of DYNAMIS REFUEL s6k Black Forest Cake Protein
- 1/2 cup of natural honey
- 2 tsp of baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup of almond milk
- 1 tsp of pure vanilla extract
- 1 cups of frozen 4 berry mix
- 1/2 cup of pure dark chocolate chunks
- Silvered almonds to top
Directions:
- Pre Heat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix all Dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl and set aside ( leave chocolate and berries last)
- In a separate mixing bowl mix all wet ingredients
- Slowly pour wet ingredients into dry and full combine
- Next fold in your chocolate and then berries
- Scoop batter into 10 lined muffin tins equally, sprinkle with almonds slivers ( fill the last two with water so muffins cool properly)
- Cooke for 15-25 min, depending on your oven
- Take out cool and enjoy, top with some fresh berries as well for some extra fruit flavour!
