Maple Cinnamon Protein Swirl Bread

Ingredients: 

  • Yeast (make according to package)
  • 3 cups of your favourite organic, gluten free flour
  • 100 ml Oil
  • 400 ml warm water 
  • 1 scoop REFUEL s6k White Chocolate Brownie flavoured protein powder
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup Organic maple syrup

Directions:

  • Pre heat oven to 350C 
  • Once your yeast is ready add flour, a little bit of the water, and yeast to your bowl. Mix on a low setting slowly adding the rest of the water then the oil. (You may need to add a little bit more oil or flour depending) once all is fully mixed your dough should not stick to the sides of the bowl.
  • Leave as a lump in bottom of mixing bowl.
  • Set aside and let rise on a warm surface with plastic wrap over top securely for around 25 minutes.
  • While your dough is rising make your maple cinnamon protein spread, you will need: 
    • 1 scoop REFUEL s6k White Chocolate Brownie flavoured protein powder
    • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
    • 1/3 cup Organic maple syrup
  • Mix all ingredients and set aside
  • Once your dough has risen take out and place on a floured surface, split the dough into 3 pieces and roll each piece out into a rectangle. 
  • Spread your maple cinnamon protein spread on each rectangle evenly and roll into a log. 
  • From here braid the rectangles to form one loaf, and place in a greased loaf tin. 
  • Bake for 40- 50 min
  • Cool on a cooling rack with a towel over it.

Slice and enjoy!!!
