Ingredients:
- Crust
- 1 cup of organic gram crackers crushed
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1/3 cup of cocnut oil melted
- Cheese filling
- 1 scoop of DYNAMIS REFUEL s6k White Chocolate Brownie Protein Powder
- 1 cup of pumpkin puree
- 2 pkg of light cream cheese room temp
- 1/4 cup baking stevia
- 1 egg
- 2tbsp almond milk
- 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 2 tsp Club House Pumpkin Spice OR
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4tsp clove
- 1/4 tsp all spice
- Topping of your choice
Directions
- Heat oven to 350
- In a small bowl mix gram crackers, cinnamon and coconut oil, then press into bottom of mini cheese cake tins or into one large 9 inch tin and set aside or put into the fridge
- In a large bowl combine cream cheese, stevia and milk with a hand blender until smooth , then add in egg, spices and protein powder and again mix with hand blender until fully combine
- Take out 1/4 cup of this mixture and set aside
- With the rest of the mixture add in your pumpkin and maple syrup and again mix until fully combine
- Pour pumpkin mix into tins evenly, then with a small spoon drop a dollop of the set aside mixture onto the top of each mini cheese cake and with a fork swirl around to create a marble effect.
- Cook for 20 min or until the middle of the cheese cake is set
- Let cool on counter for 1 hour, then place into fridge to chill for serving
- Top with your favourite topping
And there you have it!!! A great protein packed clean cheat treat for the fall!
